Installation

We carry full central heating installs, system upgrades and boiler replacements. We install mostly Ideal, Baxi Potterton, Vaillant and Glowworm boilers and offer a minimum of a one year guarantee on all labour and parts with the further option of extending the guarantee with a service program. In our experience the selection of a boiler is important for general reliability and availability of future spares. We have carried out installs of one bedroom flats to house conversions for multiple flats etc. We also carry out general plumbing and electrical works.

Landlord Gas safety checks

We can carry out landlord/homeowner safety checks and offer this on block rates or individual rates. Please be aware that it is a legal requirement for a Landlord to ensure a property has an annual gas safety check.

Breakdown

We offer a breakdown service to the domestic customer at fixed rates.

Unvented systems

We install and maintain all unvented hot water systems and hold recognized qualifications as a competent installer. Unvented systems still require buiding control to be notified by either the installer or customer prior to work being undertaken.
